am in online college and every website i go to doesnt have my school listed even though my school has 3 campus's.
is there any where i can get a loan for personal use? i need office xp/a printer/ microphone for class/ and then this 400 dollar program that my financial aid wont cover

Try going to your bank. Most offer student loans. And I would think you could provide a copy of your transcripts or maybe a letter from the school verifying your enrollment.

Well what is your School? I have had a lot of success with the private loan company Think Financial. Check them out at http://www.thinkfinancial.com If your school isn't on there, just call them and see if they can help you out over the phone. Sounds like you don't need much so it shouldn't be that hard to get a loan. Good luck.
