And my brother cant be my guradfian as they said the olny way that could happen is if a third party like a hospital were to sign and confirm that but she is stubborn and does not think she needs help, what should I do?I feel guilty as I want her to get betterand dont want to use it as an excuse to top up my loan!

Best thing is apply for the income accessed grant i think they pay you about 2700 non returnable and 3500 if you living in london . But you will have to show them documents that your mom is not working.
